What is regenerative aesthetics?

Regenerative aesthetics treats the cause of skin aging rather than its symptoms. Most facial aging is structural: collagen and elastin production slows, and skin gradually loses the scaffolding that kept it firm. The conventional response disguises that loss with borrowed volume. The regenerative response prompts your skin to rebuild its own, using energy, biostimulation, and your body's growth factors, so the result is tissue you made rather than product you carry.
Treat the cause, not the symptom
Every deepening line, softening jawline, and flattening cheek traces back to the same ledger: the skin spending structure faster than it rebuilds it. Cover-up approaches address the visible entry, the line or the hollow, and leave the ledger running. Regenerative treatments work on the production side instead, prompting fibroblasts, the cells that manufacture collagen and elastin, back into higher output.
That is the common thread across this studio's menu. XERF Lifting delivers radiofrequency energy to the layers where structure lives, contracting existing collagen and switching on new production. The Tight and Bright laser facial stimulates collagen and elastin with picosecond light. PRF gel concentrates growth factors from your own blood to signal repair directly. Even Radiesse, the structural contouring tool, is a biostimulator: it lifts immediately, then trains your collagen to hold the result.
The Korean-style difference
Marie Jé Aesthetics practices Korean-style regenerative aesthetics, and the style is a philosophy before it is a technique: enhancement over transformation, harmony and proportion over size, and the conviction that true beauty comes from within, meaning healthy, well-structured skin rather than well-disguised skin. Treatments are chosen to work with your features, not to exchange them for someone else's.
The approach is also holistic in a practical sense. Skin quality, facial structure, and how a face moves are assessed together, because a result that reads natural has to respect all three at once.
What a personalized protocol looks like
No two faces are spending their structure the same way, so nothing here is dispensed from a set menu. A protocol starts with a consultation where Marie assesses what your skin has actually lost, structure, surface quality, or both, then sequences treatments accordingly: structural work where the frame needs rebuilding, regenerative and laser work where the surface does, on a timeline that respects how collagen actually grows. The plan is calibrated as your skin responds rather than fixed on day one.
Common questions
Is the regenerative approach slower than fillers?
Often, yes, and knowingly so. Rebuilding collagen runs on biology's timeline, measured in weeks and months, where placed volume is instant. The trade is that regenerated results are made of your own tissue and age naturally with you.
Does that mean no instant results here?
No. Radiesse contouring and lip contouring both show their results immediately. The philosophy shapes how such treatments are used, conservatively, structurally, in proportion, rather than excluding them.
Where should I start?
With a consultation, or by browsing the concerns pages, which start from what you see in the mirror and map it to the treatments designed for exactly that.
